Squat and Row
- Anchor a long resistance band with handles around a heavy, stable object, or use a band that has door attachments.
- Hold the handles of the band as you sit back in squat position, with arms extended. When you stand up, pull your elbows back and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
- Complete 15 reps.
